New Frontiers in Oncology
Sathgen Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing first-in-class and best-in-class therapies for hard-to-treat cancers and viral infections. Leveraging deep expertise in medicinal chemistry, we have built a robust pipeline of novel drug candidates targeting breast cancer, prostate cancer, glioblastoma, and more.
Our lead molecule has advanced to Phase I clinical trials in both patients with advanced solid tumors and healthy volunteers. In addition to its promising anti-cancer potential, this molecule has demonstrated efficacy against SARS-CoV-2, highlighting its potential as a novel antiviral therapy.
