Dr. Padmaja Ganapathy is currently head of business development at Sathgen Therapeutics, where she leads engagements with financial sponsors, conducts market analysis for drug development opportunities, and represents the company at industry events. Previously, she served as VP of Business Development at Godavari Biorefineries, where she led North American operations, grew the U.S. subsidiary, and expanded the company’s presence in the US chemicals industry. She also established the U.S. office and oversaw its operations. Earlier in her career, Dr. Ganapathy gained experience in the healthcare sector, including roles at Iylon Precision Oncology, Covance, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. She holds a PhD in molecular biology and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship.
